- Payments made through the website are considered an initial deposit only. The final invoice will reflect the total hours worked and services provided.
- To cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, please send a written request via email at least two (2) working days before the scheduled service date.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost.
- Failure to provide advance notice (less than 48 hours) may result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be issued only via the original payment method.

- Users must be 18 years or older to make bookings or transactions on this website.
